Great Hotel, Great Staff except for 1 guy and 1 girl in restaurant who need customer relations skills but all rest of staff perfect.When a customer arrives to be served at the bar "yes" is not the way to greet them, more like can I help you. but all the rest of the staff were spot on.

The best thing is location - just off the city airport, a taxi, Belfast. Besides, we thoroughly enjoyed the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the hotel. The rooms are neat and perfect, the bed is large. The service at the restaurant is excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant decor throughout the hotel, particularly the charming art pieces and beautifully designed common areas with a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for seniors. It was easy to navigate and relax.

More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

Clean, modern facilities with a peaceful atmosphere. The wedding venue offers an elegant backdrop that blends seamlessly with the hotel ambiance.

Noticed a few downsides . Some rooms overlook a fence, which can be a letdown for the price. Observed black mould in the grouting of the bathroom. That isn't ideal. A fridge in the room could enhance convenience, and the wall-mounted bath gel didn't work well for me. The breakfast had standard sausages that didn't impress. A local touch would have made it better. Little things like a personal note for returning guests could elevate the experience.

Quiet and relaxing in a rural setting.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here and we like the fact that it is very quiet, attractive hotel with generous sized rooms and comfortable beds, that is ideal for visiting our relatives. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfasts are comprehensive and served in a contemporary style. We will be back!

I mentioned on my booking that I was gluten free, the hotel was brilliant, they got me gluten free bread for sandwiches and some gluten free buns for a snack, at the wedding I got all gluten free food and even for breakfast the next morning they provided me with gluten free sausages and gluten free toast. First time I have ever been to a hotel that was so accomodating. Brilliant, highly recommended. Room was also lovely, was able to check in early before the wedding however check out is 11am which was a little early! Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the massive kingsize bed in the (standard) room! Great selection of fruit, toast and cereal, or cooked food for breakfast. Staff so so friendly & helpful!
