Great Hotel, Great Staff except for 1 guy and 1 girl in restaurant who need customer relations skills but all rest of staff perfect. When a customer arrives to be served at the bar "yes" is not the way to greet them, more like can I help you. but all the rest of the staff were spot on.

The best thing is location - just off the city airport, a taxi, Belfast. Besides, we thoroughly enjoyed the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the hotel. The rooms are neat and perfect, the bed is large. The service at the restaurant is excellent.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here and we like the fact that it is very quiet, attractive hotel with generous sized rooms and comfortable beds, that is ideal for visiting our relatives. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfasts are comprehensive and served in a contemporary style. We will be back!
The breakfast/restaurant area is a little cramped
